Harcourts Hawke’s Bay is seeking an experienced Digital Graphic Designer to join their Head Office Marketing team.  If you’re someone who thrives in a deadline driven environment, loves creating high-impact and on-brand content and wants to  work in a supportive, welcoming and fun team, then we want to hear from you.

Whether it’s designing social media campaigns or preparing for online auctions, our diverse projects ensure that no two days are the same.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Marketing Materials Management: Oversee and update existing marketing templates and materials to ensure they remain current and effective.
• Social Media Campaigns: Design, develop, and roll out comprehensive social media campaigns.
• Video Production: Develop and produce videos for group and office promotions as directed by your manager, and ensure their integration across targeted online platforms.
• Social Media Management: Create and maintain a content calendar, develop content and copy, and manage the scheduling for property management social pages, staying ahead of current trends.
• Direct Support for Sales Consultants: Work closely with sales consultants to address their individual marketing needs, manage sponsorships and offer technical support.
• Onboarding New Agents: Ensure that new agents have their personal marketing needs met promptly to facilitate a smooth start and effective integration into our team.
• Auctions: Manage all aspects of online auctions, from the initial setup and promotional materials to real-time execution, providing a seamless digital experience.
• Email Marketing Initiatives: Identify and leverage opportunities for internal and external email marketing to enhance outreach and engagement.

What You Bring:

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (Premiere Pro or After Effects is also a bonus!)
• A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail & design
• Meticulous attention to detail and a deep passion for graphic design/marketing
