In order to be considered for the role we are looking for people who have
- Previous Property Management experience
- Clean drivers licence
- Great time management
- Proficiency in Palace PMS, TPS and Tapi (preferred)
- Level 4 Property Management degree is preferred
- Inspecting properties
- Lodging maintenance requests
- Landlord and Tenant liaison.
- The ability to time manage and carry out work in an efficient manner is vital.
- Duty of care and striving to do well are two main characteristics we are looking for.
- Managing arears and tribunal cases
- Flexible working hours to meet job requirements
- Good written communication
