Our hiring process helps us identify people who are truly suited to a long-term career in selling. Together we will both made a conscious choice about our suitability for each other, and your probability of success is high. Even before you start with us, you will begin formal sales training at our expense. This is provided by the Pittard Training Group. Then when you begin your professional selling apprenticeship you are supported by weekly coaching with the Principal. As a member of the sales team you also participate in weekly sales training. These sessions are part of the learning and development culture at Glovers.
We do marketing and administrative systems for you
Our marketing systems and administrative technology helps leverage your results to another level. Our sales support team takes care of most of the administrative and marketing tasks which distract you from your core selling responsibilities: prospecting for sellers, listing properties for sale and negotiating sales. For example, our sales support team:
- prepares direct mail campaigns
- provides prospecting lists
- designs, prepares, prints and distributes prospecting content
- attends to marketing inventory such as signs, advertising and letters
- provide systematic assistance with following up contacts and other communication
- assists with web-based marketing
- and much, much more . . .
The right financial package
In an industry dominated by commission only roles Glovers take a different approach. When you graduate fully to the Sales Team you’ll qualify to receive a base income of up to $77,000 per annum. In addition to this base income you earn quarterly bonuses payments based on your performance. Your earning potential is uncapped, which means you choose the level of your success. We provide you with all the training, support and professional tools you need including mobile phone, tablet and selling resources.
