How it works
- Complete the online form, selecting the services you require
- We’ll confirm your requirements and source from our pool of Assistants
- You’ll conduct a 1-on-1 assessment, confirming the appointment
- Your Assistant will go through a 1-day training session with you (at our cost)
- Assistant confirmed & starts
Costs
- No set up costs
- Our Assistants are charged out at the following weekly rates
- 10 hours ($200)
- 20 hours ($300)
- 40 hours ($500)
- Additional hours over 40 hours per week charged out at $125 per 10hr blocks
- First day’s training at no cost.
Terms
- Minimum 4-week term
- Invoiced 4 weekly (2 weeks in advance, 2 weeks in arrears)
- Option to utilise hours across multiple users (shared resource)
- 1 weeks’ notice period to cancel (or change Assistant)
