Payment Options

Option 1 (Discounted Fees)

  • $1,495 due prior to commencement of your study 
  • Full Fee re-imbursed if placed by REAP Recruitment

Option 2 (Zero Fees)

Fee Funders (Aurelium Capital Ltd), in partnership with Reap Recruitment, offers a loan with 3 months deferred payments, to alleviate the financial burden of studying and to bridge the gap between completing your Real Estate qualification and being placed into a Sales role by Reap Recruitment.

Here are the key loan details:

  • Capital Borrowed: $1600 over a 9-month term (standard course cost is $1,995)
  • Setup Fee: There is a one-time setup fee of $165, which will be deducted from your account three days after the loan starts.
  • Deferred Payment: You then enjoy a 3-month deferment period, allowing you to focus on your studies without financial pressure.
  • Interest Rate: The loan has an interest rate of 2.95% per month, resulting in a total interest of $256.73 over the 9-month term.
  • Repayment: If you do not secure employment through Reap Recruitment, you will begin repayments after the deferment period. This includes six monthly payments of $309.46.

Please Note:

  • The total payments due (if not placed) is $2,021.76.  The non-discounted fee cost is $1995 (if paying directly to TAFE College). 
  • Loans subject to approval. 
  • Zero Fees only applies if REAP Recruitment place you into a role within the first 3 months of your study and fees are reimbursed or paid.  Should you not be placed into a role then the Zero Fees Study Option is non-applicable, and you would need to make payments on the total loan amount.  
  • The only payment due in the first 3 months is the set up fee of $165 which is reimbursed should you be placed into a role by REAP Recruitment

Fees Reimbursed by REAP Recruitment

  • If you are placed into a role by Reap Recruitment before the 3-month interest free period, then REAP Recruitment will pay the full loan balance.
  • If you are placed by REAP Recruitment at any time after the 3-month period, then REAP Recruitment will pay the balance of any loan owing 
  • If placed into a role at any time, REAP Recruitment will refund the one-time set up fee ($165).
  • If placed into a role after the 9-month period, REAP Recruitment will reimburse $1,495 of your study costs. 
  • If not placed into a role by REAP Recruitment then the Zero Fees Study Option does not apply (total loan + fees + interest paid is $2,021.76)

This structure is designed to ease your financial burden and align your success with the support provided by Aurelium Capital and Reap Recruitment.
