They’ll guide you through the required framework and offer the support you need to assist you with your assessments. By completing the Real Estate Salesperson programme with our you’ll get so much more than just a qualification. They’ll provide pastoral care with dedicated resources to guide you all the way from sign-up to completion.

Expected Study Times
All New Zealand Qualifications and Credential Framework (NZQCF) qualifications are credit-based. The total credit value of the programme is 50 credits. One credit roughly equates to 10 hours of study-so the programme is paces at 500 hours of learning for the average student.
EFTS number based on credit value
Credit value measures the average amount of learning needed to complete the course or part of the course. Learning hours include:
- contact hours
- assessments and assignments
- supervised practical placements
- self-directed learning and study time
