Zero Fees

REAP Recruitment can provide the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) Level 4 via its preferred course provider, TAFE College. Once you complete your study, you can select to join one of our Business Partners.  You’ll also benefit from our discounted or ZERO Fees Options and our FREE Placement Service.  

There are two study options

OPTION 1 (DISCOUNTED FEES)

  • Course work split across 13 modules 
  • Quickest completion option available
  • Start at any time, complete at your own pace (estimated time is 3-6 months)
  • Start your Real Estate Career earlier
  • FREE Placement Service & Fees Reimbursed once completed*

OPTION 2 (ZERO FEES)

  • Subject to loan approval provided by our finance partner.  
  • Payment is deferred for 3 months while you complete your study 
  • Your loan balance is repaid if You are placed into a role by REAP Recruitment within 3 months of commencement of your study
  • After the first 3 months, the balance of your loan is to be repaid over an additional 6 months if 
    • You are not placed into a role by REAP Recruitment
    • You have not completed your study 
    • You withdraw from your course 
  • If funding is not required or approved, then the course can be completed via Option 1 and your study fees reimbursed*.

*Fees Reimbursed

A fee must be generated by REAP Recruitment for the fee to be waived or reimbursed (not all placements generate a fee)

Zero Fees OptionYour loan balance will be repaid when placed into a role by REAP Recruitment at the completion of your study.  We will also refund the Loan Application Fee ($165).  If you are placed into a role and the loan is re-paid within 3 months, then this is Zero Fees Study.
Option 1Study Fees ($1,795) will be reimbursed if placed into a role by REAP Recruitment
Other Course Options If you have already completed your study or want to study with another course option, we’ll reimburse your fees up to a maximum of $1,200
